INSTALLATION:
The Installation process is extremely easy, with every order we provide a template and all the hardware needed to install your brand new sign. You can see the installation screws in the picture provided above.

1-Select your color from the first menu
2-choose your size and orientation (Vertical Or Horizontal)
3- In the personalization box provide your house number and Street name

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All items are handcrafted and customized with care. Therefore, we dont usually accept returns or exchanges unless the fault was ours. However, we understand that these pieces are very important, so if you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us and we can solve the issue.

CANCELLATIONS
Our team works hard to ensure that you have your item in a timely fashion so we start the creation process immediately after placing the order. If you need to cancel the transaction, feel free to contact us within 12 hours upon purchase.

ADJUSTMENTS
If you did not order the correct size or you dont fit, we do offer a resizing or adjustment service, an additional fee might be applied.

LOST IN THE MAIL
All packages are insured Up to the purchase limit, so if your package states "delivered" and you have not received it, please email us and we will start the remaking process for your order.

Our current turnaround time is about 12 business days upon ordering. Every item we make is custom-made from the heart and well worth the wait.
ORDER STATUS
All orders are shipped and insured Up to the purchase limit. You will receive an email from once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES
All international shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. We have no control over international shipping times but we do insure all packages in case of loss. Please contact us if you9;d like to make any changes to your shipping method. Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective countries.

Additionally, due to COVID-19, we suggest taking into account potential delays once your order is shipped. Once your shipment arrives in your country, it is handed off to your national postal service so tracking updates can be sparse.
